What can I expect if I want to make a Will?

Generally, there will be two appointments:

1) The first appointment: We’ll discuss your life situation, wishes and assets. Then draw up an initial plan with you

2) The signing: We’ll review the Will in detail to ensure it reflects your wishes. We will also review with you clause by clause so that you fully understand them. Once you are satisfied, you will then sign the Will and/or Powers of Attorney(s) in front of a lawyer and clerk. You will take a copy of the documents home with you, and we will keep the originals in our fireproof firm safe.
