A Power of Attorney is a document that
appoints another person, called an "attorney", to make legal and/or financial decisions for you.
A Power
of Attorney can be very specific. For instance, a Limited Power of Attorney can be written if you wish to impose certain
restrictions such as occurence or event, or by date.
