What is a Power Of Attorney?

A Power of Attorney is a document that appoints another person, called an "attorney", to make legal and/or financial decisions for you.

A Power of Attorney can be very specific.  For instance, a Limited Power of Attorney can be written if you wish to impose certain restrictions such as occurence or event, or by date.
