An affidavit is a document which contains statements to which a person swears to be true or they believe to be true.  The individual swears in the presence of a person authorized by law who witnesses the swearing of the document and attaches a seal to the document confirming that the oath was properly administered.  At LarsenLaw & Associates, Affidavits are handled by one of three (3) authorized Notary Publics or two (2) Commissioners of Oaths.  You can bring your own Affidavit or we can prepare it for you for an additional fee.
